Value Service Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions apply. The vehicle must be 6 years or older and less than or equal to 13 years or the latest active contract must be 6 years or older and less than or equal to 13 years. Mileage must be less than or equal to 270,000km at the time of purchasing the Value Service plan. EasyDrive Value Service is a 2 year/30,000km service plan. This plan includes Roadside Assistance for the period of 2 year/30,000km. The plan only covers Oil Change services and not Inspection Services and Wear and Tear items. An Air Filter is included on one of the two Oil Change services only. The maximum parameters for this plan is up to 15 years / 300,000km. Once this age of a vehicle is reached, we cannot offer any sort of plan. E&OE.

The Air Filter can only be claimed once for the duration of this contract, i.e. for the first or second Oil Change service only. Should there be a claim for two Air Filters, one will be removed from the claim. 

Offer valid on *Polo and Polo Vivo models between 2008-2015.
