Warning symbols in your car: What they can indicate
We show you what the warning lights in your car might mean. Each lamp has its own meaning and not only the symbol, but also the colour, provides information:
- Red lamps indicate problems and malfunctions and should be checked immediately.
- Yellow or orange lamps should be checked as soon as possible.
- Green, white or blue symbols usually indicate activated functions or recommendations.
