Volkswagen Group South Africa's Graduate Trainee Programme is your opportunity to explore the dynamic world of vehicle manufacturing. We place talented Graduates in full time employment, onto our 11 month Graduate Trainee Programme. Whilst on the programme you will be exposed to corporate, personal and leadership development, which will allow you to get to grips with the working world and lay a solid foundation for a successful career. On successful completion you will transfer to a full time role in the Division you were recruited for.

The VWSA graduate programme was a great experience and opportunity for me to transition from student to working life. The programme provided orientation, tips, exposure, development and skills to adequately equip me to start my career.
I received hands on exposure and production experience in the Body Shop and Assembly Hall and attended numerous workshops on topics such as presenting, leadership, teamwork and much more.

I joined the VWSA Graduate Programme in 2012 and was thrilled to be starting my career with a reputable, global brand.

The VWSA Graduate Programme introduced me to the working world. As a student who had just graduated from university, it was an excellent stepping stone to the professional work environment. The programme aided my learning and development as I received extensive and relevant training throughout the year. The programme provided me with a broader view of the company as I was exposed to different departments and got to learn and understand their functions within VWSA.

The Graduate Trainee Programme provided me with the opportunity to put into practice the theoretical knowledge I had gained at university with enough support to make the transition to the corporate environment a lot less daunting.
Emphasis was placed on my development and thus continuous training was provided throughout the graduate year to ensure that I was well prepared for the challenges this unfamiliar environment presented.
