Caddy Design
The Caddy is designed to be the ultimate multi-tasker - part sedan, part hatch, a little estate, and of course, a bit of bus. Because these days, having the space to be spontaneous is a luxury you can't afford to live without.
The Caddy is BIG on space, with a wheelbase of over 2.6 metres (And now there's the Caddy Maxi, which is 3.0 metres), and a height of over 1.8 metres, there's plenty of room for everyone on board. The 1, 35 m long loading space (with seats folded forward) can take whatever you throw at it. And those oddly shaped things that you find yourself having to move from time to time? Well, they can easily be transported now, as the Caddy's rear 3-seater bench can be completely folded forward.
All models (except the 1.6i) boast dual sliding doors that open with ease, each with an opening of 70 cm. And now that the 7-seater Caddy Maxi boasts a longer wheelbase and extended rear overhang, there's additional, generous legroom and luggage space. Boasting colour coded bumpers, exterior mirrors and door handles, in addition to six loudspeakers and variable seats that can be arranged in a multitude of different options, the Caddy Life Maxi isn't simply big on space, but big on style too.
