Whatever your query, comment or concern, our Customer Interaction Centre or CIC is the central Volkswagen call centre dedicated to serving you.

Located at Volkswagen of South Africa's manufacturing plant in Uitenhage, we aim to maintain the highest customer satisfaction level possible by providing accurate and timeous responses and resolutions to our customers' needs.

The Customer Interaction Centre has the following areas of service:

General enquiries and customer care

Responding to general enquiries and customer concerns relating to the products and services offered by Volkswagen of South Africa, as well as providing information about our Dealer network and directing test drive requests to the customers' Dealer of choice.

Roadside assistance

Facilitate roadside assistance in the event of an unexpected vehicle breakdown by making contact with our national Dealer network. This service, called Volkswagen Alert, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Terms and conditions apply. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles

There is a dedicated line for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles owners where all enquiries and roadside assistance requirements are addressed.

The general enquires and customer care services are available from 08h00 to 16h30, Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).
